Information:
Led by certified Fitness Instructors, the class consists of a warm up, low impact aerobics, balance exercises, muscular strength and endurance, along with with stretching and cool down. The class will help to improve joint flexibility, muscle strength & tone, heart & lung health, balance, posture, range of motion and reduce stress! $4.00/session -
